The WKF family has suffered another great loss
Thursday, 31 January 2008

article31-1

The WKF family has suffered another great loss.

The former World and European Champion, and later Norwegian National Coach, Stein Ronning has passed away at the early age of 42 due to serious illness. Stein was in his time the undisputed best lightweight in the world, the first Norwegian to win an international title, and is still the only Norwegian World Champion to date.

Our thoughts go to his wife, his two sons and all his other family and numerous friends. May he rest in peace.
